Blog cited in header

"Constantin Piron (1932, Paris - 9 May 2012, Lausanne) was a Belgian physicist who worked for most of his career in Switzerland." -- this should be readily available information; could we find another source for it, other than the blog that was cited? In general, blogs are a no-go.. I don't want to remove the text, because it's so important for the article; and the info is almost certainly accurate, too.
