Questionable notability discussion edit

This particular Competine Creek is apparently a tiny stream that flows inside a single county within Iowa. The name is not even recognized by the USGS Geographic Names Information System (GNIS) as a valid place name within Iowa. The GNIS does show two other streams with this name - U.S. Geological Survey Geographic Names Information System: Competine Creek (Des Moines River tributary) and U.S. Geological Survey Geographic Names Information System: Competine Creek (Des Moines River tributary) - both of which are not near Marion County, Iowa. Is there possibility this has another name locally?
