I don't think this is correct to nominate it for deletion, because this name is used to refer to both institutions, the one currently, and the other in older, but extensive literature for vertebrate paleontology. --2601:648:8503:4467:9BF:D17C:52A3:91AF (talk) 05:28, 9 May 2017 (UTC)Reply

This is an article, not a disambiguation page. Disambiguation pages use a template and must be set-up properly per MOS:DAB. Atsme📞📧 08:12, 9 May 2017 (UTC)Reply
In which case, db-disambig was the wrong tag. Please learn how to use the speedy tags correctly before tagging articles. Most of them have clear directions at the project page indicating what you can use them for. If you don't know how to find this information, you probably shouldn't be tagging articles for speedy, as this wastes other editors' time. --2601:648:8503:4467:9BF:D17C:52A3:91AF (talk) 10:54, 9 May 2017 (UTC)Reply

 – This is the correct venue. Atsme📞📧 17:53, 10 May 2017 (UTC)Reply

I removed the tag because I think this is exactly what a disambiguation page is. The name is used to refer to the CU museum, and the name appears extensively in Westen US dino taxonomy literature. It is quite possible for someone to come across the term and search for it. Then, where do they go? This page lets them pick. I started a talk page discussion. --2601:648:8503:4467:9BF:D17C:52A3:91AF (talk) 05:32, 9 May 2017 (UTC)Reply

Well, I disagree because what I tagged was an article not a dab page, and all it included were links to two different museums with two different names in two different locations, and that is not the purpose of a dab page. The dab template has since been added. Can you show me when the name was actually changed because what I'm seeing is (1) a municipal natural history and science museum in Denver, Colorado named the Denver Museum of Nature and Science, and (2) The University of Colorado Museum of Natural History which is a museum of natural history at a University in Boulder, Colorado. Neither of the aforementioned articles indicate any concern over readers confusing them. Perhaps if you could demonstrate how "this name is used to refer to both institutions", a proper solution could be decided. I believe the dab page confuses more people than it helps, so I'm probably going to RfD the page and let consensus decide. Atsme📞📧 17:53, 10 May 2017 (UTC)Reply
