The article on Cobweb Strange is my first post to Wikipedia. The majority of the current Progressive Rock bands that I have looked up over the years are missing from this website. Echolyn is the only one I have found. At the advice of this website, I have done the research elsewhere and tried to start a page myself for the content that I was unable to find here. Prior to this posting, I read page after page of policies regarding the inclusion of new information. I understand that it is not acceptable for smaller bands to be included here, so I selected the largest of the bands I had searched for but could not find (Cobweb Strange). I don't know everything about them. My hope is that others will fill in whatever additional information is required for inclusion. If I need to include specific additional information, please let me know what that information is...not only for this article, but also for future articles. This process is overwhelming enough without being instantly told that my work isn't good enough. Wikipedi4321 01:21, 17 April 2007 (UTC)
Speedy deletion
editI have removed the speedy deletion tag as the article asserts sufficient notability for mine. However, it needs sources as well as wikification. If sources are not provided, it may well be deleted in the future. Capitalistroadster 05:12, 18 April 2007 (UTC)
Please Check
editThank you for the note. My main sources of information were the web sites www.allmusic.com and www.progarchives.com and the print magazine Progression there were a couple of others as well. I will note them on the Cobweb Strange page, but I do not know how to note them in proper format. I have looked at other pages looking for an example and I have not found an example of a source on the other pages that I have viewed. Please let me know the proper format for listing a source. Until then, I will at least list the sources below each section.
