Colouring of the map

It is not at all clear what the two colours used on the map are supposed to mean (is light blue European non-members? Former members? Something else?). If anyone knows can this information be added to the caption? 2A0A:EF40:E4F:CE01:270B:4DF7:1B4D:FCD3 (talk) 11:17, 22 March 2024 (UTC)Reply

Agree. The article states that Austria is "excluded" and yet it appears in dark blue. Light blue appears to mean a non-EU member (Switzerland, Norway UK); the information/description for the map should explain the colours etc.
