Researching a family tree and listed as as place of birth is Civitella, Italy. Would this be referring to a province, not a city?````
- No, there is no province of that name, so its a town, village, or hamlet. Unfortunately it’s rather a common name: there are twenty or so listed on the page Civitella, and that list may well not be exhaustive. But good luck with your searches! Ian Spackman (talk) 13:18, 18 November 2009 (UTC)
