- I agree that the there is close paraphrasing. Licensing though is not as clear. The page does show CC-BY-NC as the license, but the site's terms of use indicate the side it under a CC-BY license. As such, it's not clear if the material was originally released CC-BY and then the license was changed. Given that the licenses are nonrevocable, if it was originally CC-BY, then only an attribution needs to be added.
