  • Grabbing for a review if that is okay with you. Aoba47 (talk) 14:09, 20 January 2019 (UTC)Reply
Lead and infobox
  • For this part (artists such as Delerium and Sarah McLachlan), I would add a comma after “artists”.
  • For this part (from other groups such as Bent, Ivy, and the Perishers.), I would add a comma after “groups”.
  • For this part (claiming that the collection's song rarely fit within the definition of chill-out music), I would add the wikilink to the music genre as you have done in the infobox.
Background and composition
  • For this part (provided the final mastering of each of the collection's fourteen songs), “fourteen” should be represented in numerals rather than words according to Wikipedia policy.
  • According to MOS:NUMERAL, Integers greater than nine expressible in one or two words may be expressed either in numerals or in words. So "fourteen" and "14" are equally valid in general and "fourteen" is fine here, but see MOS:NUMNOTES for exceptions that might apply in other places. • Thank you for the clarification. Aoba47 (talk) 20:57, 27 January 2019 (UTC)Reply
  • For these two parts (English musician Jon Anderson) and (English band Lush), I do not think the descriptive phrases are necessary, particularly since you do not use such phrases with the other artists mentioned in this section.
  • I would combine these two sentences (Bent's "Silent Life" is the compilation's sixth track. It combines "warm harmonies, woozy lap steel, and twinkling electronics for a Beatles-on-downers kind of bliss.”) into something like the following (Bent’s “Silent Life, the compilation’s sixth track, combines "warm harmonies, woozy lap steel, and twinkling electronics for a Beatles-on-downers kind of bliss.”) to make it somewhat more concise.
Critical reception
  • I do not think that you need to cite Reference 7 twice as the entire second half of the paragraph is from that source. I would recommend removing the first instance.
  • In fact, reference 7 does need to be there twice: you are supposed to cite direct quotes by the end of the sentence in which the quote takes place, and the end-of-paragraph cite needs to be there for the remainder of the paragraph and the quote in that sentence. • @BlueMoonset: Thank you for the clarification. It still seems rather unnecessary to me, but I am not going to argue either. However, it does seem a little odd that you somewhat randomly interrupted/contributed to this review. Aoba47 (talk) 20:57, 27 January 2019 (UTC)Reply
  • Not at all sure why you would think it odd: you'd announced that you had stopped reviewing, so I wanted to be sure this was covered, though I thought it highly likely it still was. And, having read the review, I thought I should chime in to save Carbrera unnecessary effort. BlueMoonset (talk) 21:18, 27 January 2019 (UTC)Reply
  • I have personally never seen an uninvolved editor jump into a GAN without help being request so that is why I thought it was odd. Aoba47 (talk) 21:35, 27 January 2019 (UTC)Reply
Track listing
  • The references should be in numeric order.
Final comments
  • This is definitely an interesting choice for a GAN project. I can appreciate how you worked on it though, as I also enjoy working on more obscure subject matter. Overall, the article is in very good shape, and I have only made some minor suggestions regarding the prose. Once my comments are addressed, I will be more than happy to pass this. Maybe one day, I should try my hand on compilation article album. Aoba47 (talk) 14:17, 20 January 2019 (UTC)Reply
  • @Carbrera: Just wanted to let you know that it has been seven days since the review was open. Aoba47 (talk) 20:58, 27 January 2019 (UTC)Reply
  • Aoba47 - Hey, I’ve been quite busy moving this week so would it be alright with you if I had another few days for both this review and the one for “Squeal”? Thanks, Carbrera (talk) 23:46, 28 January 2019 (UTC).Reply
  • Good luck with your move, and take as much time as you need. Aoba47 (talk) 23:56, 28 January 2019 (UTC)Reply
  • Aoba47 - Hey I just finished this one too. I had to double-check a few things to make sure I was addressing the different comments above. Thank you so much. By the way, I apologize for not replying to your Wiki e-mail yet; I plan to do so very soon. Carbrera (talk) 22:09, 7 February 2019 (UTC).Reply
