"Partially selective'

This isn't correct for most of the school's lifetime. While it was the Canterbury Technical High School for Boys and then the Geoffrey Chaucer School it only took pupils who had passed the local '11 plus' exams ("Kent Tests'). Only after a name change, I think to 'Chaucer Technology School' or similar, did it change the intake criteria. In the context of the Kent education system, I don't think there have ever been 'comprehensive' schools, only secondary modern or grammar schools, with a sprinkling of the curious 'technical grammars' like this one. 86.177.210.141 (talk) 19:27, 20 October 2021 (UTC)
