Possible copyright problem

Rhythm

The rhythm shown in the infobox is misleading. A dotted quarter by itself as shown might belong to any of a number of rhythms and doesn't convey the characteristic syncopation of The Charleston. The correct rhythm is shown in the infobox for the article Charleston (dance). It consists of a dotted quarter followed by another dotted quarter (or an eighth tied to a quarter) which should be accented, then a final quarter note or rest; alternatively, a dotted quarter + a quarter + an eighth + a quarter, which gives the characteristic swung feel to the piece. I have checked this against a piano-roll recording of the composer playing the piece: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1AXVHeOj8cc. A RS would be preferable of course to trusting my ear ;-), but perhaps the sample in Charleston (dance) could just be cloned here. Additionally, if the YouTube performance cited above (or a similar one) could be put into Commons and linked here, it would improve the article; the original performance is certainly public domain, but I don't know whether the YT video is, there is no obvious notice.
