Donoghue's Book edit

I added a sentence about the most important result in Loewner's 1934 paper to the end of the section "Loewner matrix theorem". There should also be a reference added to Donoghue's book: W. F. Donoghue, Monotone Matrix Functions and Analytic Continuation, Springer, New York-Heidelberg-Berlin, 1974 but I'm short of time so I didn't figure out how to add book references. -- Barry Simon, Caltech
