Note, the original church was demolished by Iran in the 2000s and a new church was built on the same location. That new church was demolished in the 2010s and the current church was then built in its place, the remains of the original church's precinct walls and the remains of a gavit (hall) that once stood in front of the church were also demolished around this time.
