Article review and possible clean-up needed edit
As discussed at ANI several accounts and IP users involved in creating and heavily-editing this article appear to be related to the subject and have a conflict of interest. The article therefore needs to be reviewed by independent editors for potential sourcing and POV issues. Abecedare (talk) 15:23, 19 August 2018 (UTC)
- @Abecedare: The plot section looks like a direct copy from IMDB, but it has been there for years. Is there a way to tell if the IMDB was copied from here, or vice versa? PohranicniStraze (talk) 00:17, 20 August 2018 (UTC)
- This version of the WP article from 2014 predates this 2016 version of the IMDB summary, which is the earliest that I can find. -- Hoary (talk) 03:51, 20 August 2018 (UTC)
- The plot in essentially the current form was added to the wikipedia article on August 7th
20022012 by User:Fridaymoviez, a month before the movie was even released! So I don't think this is a case of copyvio, but one of the film's producers/publicists creating and maintaining this page. If someone is willing to put in the effort the page should be rewritten;if not it would be better to stub it to include the basic verifiable facts and information that is supported by the cited sources. - No issues from me about stubbing it. What's in there now is still pretty obvious promotional editing. Just look at the descriptions in the cast section, and the amount of stuff in the lead. Ravensfire (talk) 18:23, 20 August 2018 (UTC)
