Asianess, independent agencies edit

Citation required! What is "Asianess" with regard to English language learning? Who are these "independent agencies"? In Asia? From Japan to the Middle-East the independent agencies don't accredit the course due to the lack of Asianess. This is a crock. No I'm not affiliated, don't even teach English, just investigating the subject.
