Expansion edit

Maybe we could expand the "movements" part to a detailed description, like the Hayden Concerto In C Major article. Nuclearmound 02:47, 15 July 2006 (UTC)NuclearmoundReply

Best-known work?? Come now, surely the minuet from String Quintet Op13#5 is by far and away Boccherini's best-known work. Smyslov 13:50, 25 October 2006 (UTC)Reply

? edit

This article is pretty confusing. Are we listening to the altered version or the original version today? Why wouldn't we have looked back to the original manuscript to restore the concerto in its original form? And if we don't have the original manuscript, how would we know the degree that it has been changed?

As the article now says, we certainly do have original manuscript. Basiatio (talk) 23:37, 7 May 2009 (UTC)Reply

Needs a rewrite. I think parts of the article were added at different times. The lede should state the existence of both versions. --DavidRF (talk) 16:38, 24 June 2009 (UTC)Reply

Naming edit

The original and the Grützmacher versions are definitely not known (or marked in ANY recordings) as Original and arr. Grützmacher. Take an original recording and a Grützmacher recording; literally no one can tell the titles apart. Baccherini (talk) 18:08, 21 January 2021 (UTC)Reply
