Overall an effective summary of the issue. Some sections could be phrased better: "the relationship between the US and Vietnam was eventually brightened up "). Check your grammar. Think about how you could phrase a sentence such as "In particular, the CFA claimed that catfish from Vietnam was poor quality and biologically not catfish" better.
