There's not many secondary sources for this case because it's basically just an extension of Schmuck v. United States. It already has a section on that article page anyway. I'm not sure if it needed its own article. Smerdyakov911 (talk) 20:29, 9 November 2021 (UTC)

- I think there is coverage enough for this to be its own article, in the context of it being a full opinion of the Supreme Court (as compared to many instances where the Court gives short treatment to a case and remands it with reference to another recently decided case without examination of the facts).
