Very Incomplete Article

edit

This page is called "Drug policy of Colorado," but it only discusses their policies on cannabis.

Either information on other drugs should be included, or it should be renamed to reflect the fact that it concerns cannabis policy, I think.

proposal to move page to new namespace

edit

I am proposing to boldly move the article to new namespace reflecting page content. This article and its contents refer to marijuana, not cannabis. Specifically In Colorado marijuana is considered any part of the cannabis plant that contains more than 0.03% THC. The state defines marijuana as "All parts of the plant of the genus cannabis whether growing or not, the seeds thereof, the resin extracted from any part of the plant, and every compound, manufacture, salt, derivative, mixture, or preparation of the plant, its seeds, or its resin, including marijhuana concentrate. ‘Marijuana’ or ‘marihuana’ does not include industrial hemp, nor does it include fiber produced from the stalks, oil, or cake made from the seeds of the plant, sterilized seed of the plant which is incapable of germination, or the weight of any other ingredient combined with marijuana to prepare topical or oral administrations, food, drink, or other product.” (Colo. Const. Art. XVIII, Section 16)[1] --Potguru (talk) 19:59, 1 May 2016 (UTC)Reply
