Publications Assistance Program funding edit

Not sure if this PAP info should be included in article article in Globe and Mail says that Canadian Living received $2.93-million of government's Publications Assistance Program for 2007-2008 (a 12-month period since PAP website has another list for 2006-2007). Article says there is a proporsed cap on "amount available to any one magazine at a maximum of $1.5-million a year" so that would cut that assistance to Canadian Living in half. Checked Publications Assistance Program 2007-2008 Funding and publications receiving the most assistance for that time period are:

  • Canadian Living $2,928,854
  • Chatelaine (English) $2,572,896 (Châtelaine (French) received $918,129)
  • Maclean's $2,538,282
  • Western Producer (The) $2,156,416 --EarthFurst (talk) 12:53, 29 August 2009 (UTC)Reply
