Suspicious age of building (and even existence)

edit
  1. This building is suspect. Maps mark it as a farm;
  2. It does not appear in neutral citations;
  3. many reviews appear on review websites but these are not incapable of falsification.
  4. If it were Elizabethan and/or 16th century rather than mock Elizabethan or mock Tudor (Elizabethan-esque) it would be listed on the historic-england website and those owning it would have an obligation to report its age (which would have been identified by Nikolaus Pevsner and others); no such records seem to exist.- Adam37 Talk 22:29, 2 March 2018 (UTC)Reply
