First case column edit

The "first case" column is already found here:
So it is not needed in this October table. It makes the table too wide on my 21 inch monitor. A horizontal scroll bar shows up. This is why the months were divided in halves. --Timeshifter (talk) 16:43, 17 October 2020 (UTC)

Need to break month into 3 parts. Table is too wide edit
As the numbers get larger and wider, the table gets wider and wider each month.
The table is way too wide on my 21 inch monitor.

I removed the sorting row. No longer needed edit
User:Anguswalker. I removed the sorting row. It no longer helps narrow the table when the world numbers are so big, and thus wider. Please remove the sorting row on your end too.

- I have finally removed the sorting row from my spreadsheet and the first case/death column, given that it now appears on the main monthly table! Anguswalker (talk) 11:09, 7 November 2020 (UTC)
