Draft elements removed
editI have removed some draft elements, that have been untouched in the article for over 3 years. This basic structure (most of it standard headers) can still be seen in the article history, if any interested editors would like to build upon these good-faith suggestions. But in their current form these raw elements didn't add anything to the article and were too distracting for readers. GermanJoe (talk) 13:29, 6 January 2019 (UTC)
