Notability
editMeeting WP:CORP is not the only way to establish notability for an article topic. This article's topic may or may not meet that guideline, but may merit inclusion on other bases. Removing a {{prod}} nomination on the basis that another guideline may confer notability on the topic is appropriate.
With respect to actual notability of the topic (rather than whether proposed deletion is the appropriate way to dispose of the matter), buildings designated as historical have generally been kept, and the article (well, stub) doesn't focus on the commercial activities of the restaurant that occupies the historic site (mentioning, for example, what appears to be its previous commercial name), but mentions its historical significance. One might argue that the article should be entitled "The building that houses Butchie's Drive-In" or "National Registry entry #04000004". But this is not the naming convention in Wikipedia thus far.

- Funny seeing you here. The article doesn't focus on much of anything given that it isn't more than a sentence long. It certainly doesn't focus on the building more than commercial activities. Will you try to find some sources for this entry? Thanks.Griswaldo (talk) 03:16, 28 July 2010 (UTC)
