- History: the entire History of Burger King article is transcluded here. That is not how we do it. If the History section is that short it doesn't need to exist as a separate article.
- Reply: Actually just the lead section is transcluded. The History section had become too large and unwieldy and I moved it to its own page. The entire History of Burger King article is now a little under 60k and 6000+ words and growing. I transcluded it to have something there until I have finished the history article. When I finished the History article, I will have it reviewed and rewrite the history section to reflect the history article per summary style. Jeremy (blah blah • I did it!)

- Franchises: This new policy effectively limited the size of franchisees and prevented larger franchises from challenging Burger King Corporation as Chart House had. Who is Chart House, just introduced out of the blue here.

- Reply - The lead at one time did properly summarize the article, however other contributors have removed part oif the summary because they felt the lead was too long. Every time I tried to reinstate it per the guidelines, those editors removed it. Please see the discussion.

- I would suggest that you discuss that on Commons. As the image stands now, there is no issue with the copyright status of the image and is properly used. Jeremy (blah blah • I did it!)

- Little progress has been made in 14 days, apart from the removal of some {{dubious}} tags, without the issues of whether or not the sources are reliable being addressed; dead links remain; weasel words remain; the update tag is un-addressed; the main issues noted above have not been addressed. I will delist this now, if you disagree with my assessment please take it to WP:GAR for community re-assessment, otherwise please address the issues and then re-nominate at WP:GAN. - The article fails the GA criteria on many levels, the usual time frame is seven days. If it is de-listed, it can be re-nominated at WP:GAN. Thirty days is really too long. I will check again on 28 March. –– Jezhotwells (talk) 07:26, 18 March 2010 (UTC)
