Not really. It's marginal. Sure, the sections are there, but there's no content to actually support them. The entire article has less than 150 words of readable prose. So, no, I would not assess it as start-class. I would have left it as a stub until there was a reasonable amount of content. Not that word count is the end-all-be-all, but at least 250 words of readable prose. 300 or more would be better. ButlerBlog (talk) 03:07, 29 March 2023 (UTC)Reply
