Soterioupolis?
editA couple of articles link here as if Borcka were the modern "Soterioupolis", but nothing in this article supports this identification. Is the identification correct? If so that information, supported with a reliable source, would be a useful addition to this stub. -- llywrch (talk) 18:26, 5 September 2013 (UTC)
- I have deleted "archaic Greek: Σωτηρόπολης/Soteropolis"; there is no evidence for it (I have just spent a ridiculous amount of time checking Google Books and other sources), and the Greek isn't even spelled correctly. If anyone is attached to the alleged Greek form and wants to reinstate it, let them provide a reference (and spell it right). Languagehat (talk) 21:35, 18 March 2017 (UTC)
