Didn't Bond begin immediately post-war (rather than 1960), using S/H Halifaxes as part of the Berlin air lift? Andy Dingley (talk) 11:00, 15 September 2013 (UTC)Reply
The information at Bond Offshore Helicopters says it was formed in 1961 as Management Aviation, he was active before but worked for other companies like Pest Control Ltd which he didnt own it became Fisons-Airwork and was taken over by Bristow he left and formed his own company Management Aviation/Bond Helicopters. Obviously this article is now outdated, and inconsistent, but how should this be fixed? Sensibly we would seem to have two good options:
If the group has simply been renamed, then rename the article and shift the existing content into a section on older history as Bond Aviation Group.
if the old Bond group has disappeared and some of it survives under Babcock, then keep the old name and content, add a section on the change and write a new article from scratch on Babcock Mission Critical Services, mentioning the old Bond group.
Neither of these involve deletion. Andy Dingley (talk) 14:30, 12 May 2016 (UTC)Reply
