This article, which I submitted, was flagged as being autobiographical. I am not the artist, but did take information from numerous printed interviews with the artist. It was also flagged as being an advertisement. I have changed the article by deleting one paragraph and changing one other sentence since the article was flagged. I am looking for further input. The artist portrayal 0f manhole covers, sewers and grates is so realistic that when hanging on a wall it appears to be an actual piece of a street. Those who see this sculpture wonder how a heavy piece could stay on a wall. Upon further investigation, it is noted to be constructed of a light weight sheet of foam.
