Image:HM Concert.jpg is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. NOT A SOUNDTRACK

stop putting that its a soundtrack for the concert movie because they were recorded at different venues, different song listings, and it was released two months after the film. thank you, Tim. :)

It's both a live album and a soundtrack to the concert as it's stated at the end credits of the Best of Both Worlds concert DVD and it was released prior to it's premiere on Disney Channel and prior to the release of the DVD. JamesAlan1986 *^talk 18:39, 23 September 2011 (UTC)
