Hi, Ballpointbiro, I'll be taking on this review. More to be added as I work through the article, but see initial comments below:

The lead section needs to be expanded to include the main topics of the article with the appropriate weight. This essay might be useful as a guide: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia:How_to_create_and_manage_a_good_lead_section#Content_and_structure
I don't think it is necessary to include full list of staff members. Perhaps some of the names could be included in the Management section, as part of the text instead of a list format.
Add Authority control template
Perhaps one or more images could be added that show a closer view of the building. There are some available in Commons.
The subsection "Events in collaboration with Coventry UK City of Culture" might be redundant.

The first paragraph of the "Design and Construction" section relies heavily on the Gould reference. Found a couple of sources from Dr Alistair Fair that might be useful, an online article: https://c20society.org.uk/building-of-the-month/belgrade-theatre-coventry and a journal article: https://www.jstor.org/stable/41418357?seq=1 (as you probably know, JSTOR can be accessed with the Wikipedia library card platform).

An image of the extension of the theatre would be useful to add. Found this one in Commons, but perhaps there are more:

More information and archive links could be added to some of the sources. For example, reference 15 about theatre in education does have a named author.

Paraphrasing might be too close to the text of reference 15 (about the Pow Wow project).
