John Hewat - gunboat in 'Under the waves' source - refers to Rainbow not Jolly Bachelor edit

The previous version of the article reads as John Hewat helming the gunboat Jolly Bachelor. I believe the author of that sentence in the article misinterpreted the source material. The source material uses the phrase 'gunboat' - this does not mean Hewat was helming the gunboat Jolly Bachelor. The Rainbow was also frequently referred to as a gunboat. James' from the very beginning wanted a steamer expressly for the purpose of having a gunboat that could go up shallow rivers, and past sand bars at the mouths of rivers.

Hewat's known as being the captain of the Rainbow. The original captain was Moncrieff and Hewat worked under him. - Moncrieff brought the Rainbow from Clyde, Glasgow 27 Aug 1860 and arrived in Singapore 30 Jan 1861. In Singapore the Rainbow was modified with stronger deck planking and guns added to become a gunboat.

Hewat (often spelled Hewatt) took over as captain around 20 Apr 1861 and continued to be the captain of the Rainbow until it was sold to the Colony of Singapore in 1866.

Shortly after the battle, Hewat is listed as the captain when the Rainbow left Sarawak 30 May 1862 reaching Singapore 2 Jun 1862 with McDougall listed as a passenger.

When the Boyle brothers arrived in 1863 'Tour Amongst the Dayaks' the captain of the Jolly Bachelor was Micheson. I'm not sure if he was captain during the battle, I'll have to go check.
