Simpsons Movementarians episode, "The Joy of Sect"

edit

Can you please add that Homer sang a parody of this song in the episode "Joy of Sect" where he goes "Na na na na na na na na, na na na na na na na na Leader!" —Preceding unsigned comment added by 172.162.232.27 (talk) 12:33, 25 September 2008 (UTC)Reply

== Na na na na Na na na na BATMAN! == bataman

"These ten repetitions of 'Batman!' were followed by a coda of horns, which sounded like 'Na na na na Na na na na BATMAN!'" I always thought that they were singing that. Maybe they're singing along to the notes played on the horns. --Robby the Robot (talk) 01:36, 9 April 2010 (UTC)Reply

It's not really a "twelve bar blues" Here's the form: | G | G | G | G | | G | G | G | | G | G | G | G | | C | C | G | G | | D | C | G | G | | D | C | G | G | The underlined chords are "sung" The last G-chord is "cut in the middle", it follows the nananana-coda-part. • I'd just like to point out in the 1966 theme its Da Da Da Da Da not Na Na Na Na Na, I think the problem here is everyone is mistakenly attributing the Na Na Na Na which was actually uttered by actress Nancy Cartwright the voice of Bart Simpson in an episode of The Simpsons and is not really part of the actual theme song. If you click here you'll notice in this video of the 1966 intro the chorus is sing Da Da Da Da. TheGoofyGolfer (talk) 20:55, 30 June 2011 (UTC)Reply

Common/ mistaken name

edit

Added: Batman Theme is also refereed to by the sound root of the bass notes unofficially and incorrectly being named the buhnuhnuhna song.

Reason: common name/ mistaken from people who do not know of Batman trivia.

Influence on Elfman's score

edit

Didn't the famous Na-na, nanna, na-na, nanna... also influence Elfman's score for the two Burton films? Of course, Elfman made it way more darker, mysterious, more gothic, and romantic to be fitting with Burton's films. If anybody can find a source, I think this should go in this article as well as in Batman_(score). --2003:71:4E6A:B475:61DF:B3:3049:9605 (talk) 13:20, 11 December 2016 (UTC)drftgyhjReply
