The problem here isn't that the specific facts are in question.

@Truthinadvertising2022: thanks for the additions about cases against Kreamer. Could you please try to use the following template to replace the case detail citations with proper inline citations: {{cite court |litigants= |vol= |reporter= |opinion= |pinpoint= |court= |date= |url= |access-date= |quote= |postscript= }}.
