Fair use rationale for Image:Zappa Baby Snakes.jpg

File:Zappa Baby Snakes.jpg is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.

Merge proposal

• Oppose to the merger with AAAFNRAA Baby Snakes The Compleat Soundtrack as proposed here by user Ilovetopaint. Rationale: these are two different editions, with different official release numbers. Baby Snakes (soundtrack) is release #37, whereas AAAFNRAA Baby Snakes The Compleat Soundtrack is release #95. Merging the two articles would induce a problem with the album sequence in the infoboxes. Also, there is a signifiant difference between the editions, as can be seen here and here. I think it would be a good idea to remove the tracklist of AAAFNRAA from this article. - DVdm (talk) 13:11, 22 December 2017 (UTC)

• Support merge - it is just like a deluxe edition, which are always just listed under the tracks in the article about the original album. We don't need a new article for every edition of something.
