In the References section of the article is a block of text that reads

Its a bit ambiguous as to what it means. Does this mean that chunks of the article have been coped from a website of the Australian Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade? Or that DFAT is claiming and rerelasing the article under its own license? Is there a better way to handle such attribution? -- saberwyn 12:51, 5 June 2014 (UTC)Reply
