Changing the subject name

Recently the district name formarly known as (Aurangabad) was changed as (Sambhajinagar) by Government of India, then I urge to change the subject name as Sambhajinagar. Shreyashmali100 (talk) 09:46, 16 March 2023 (UTC)

@Jmurravi Can't be done through a edit request. The new name is added in the lead. As per WP:COMMONNAME to replace it you have to gain consensus by initiating a discussion on this talk page. Shaan Sengupta^Talk 15:00, 17 September 2023 (UTC)
