Fair use rationale for Image:Augustastate.jpg
editImage:Augustastate.jpg is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.
Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to insure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.
If there is other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on the other images used on this page. Note that any fair use images lacking such an explanation can be deleted one week after being tagged, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you.
suburban?
editHow exactly is ASU "suburban", it's in a very busy part of the city, and one of the main business districts (that which is near the Augusta mall in town? Iamanadam (talk) 16:31, 21 April 2008 (UTC)
It simply IS suburban. When I first applied, I thought it was absolutely hilarious that it was classified as urban on a lot of the college websites.
24% african american?
edit24% african american? I don't see it. There are definately some errors in that statement. I'd say its most likely closer to 50% - 60%. Just an observation. Also, and completely unrelated, Augusta State University has the least organized setup of any college I've ever attended. I've had more records lost in the mail, spent more in gas driving around town taking care of paperwork that the faculty should have had completed up to 2 weeks prior, walked more across campus than most likely anyone else delivering and redelivering paperwork because the staff was too incompetent to know how to use email, and spent more time running up the chain of command and talking with deans and VPs than I have ever had to do at any other institution. I'm astonished at how poorly everything is run. I might think it was just myself if I hadn't heard the same stories from other students. Anyway thats my little rant. 24.96.251.168 (talk) 17:17, 2 September 2008 (UTC)Clay Spoon
Patrick Reed is an alum
editMight want to note Patrick Reed as a notable alumn, professional golfer. Just a suggestion. See his article in Wikipedia as reference. 99.126.253.236 (talk) 15:44, 16 March 2014 (UTC)Bfrazer
- He's listed on the Georgia Regents Jaguars athletics page. GRUcrule (talk) 13:40, 20 March 2014 (UTC)
