The Arthur Martin in question was an important figure in the spy scandals in post-war Britain but does not have a page here. Currently, any link to Arthur Martin is to a rural English council

Please add what you can find and be sure to note sources. He is spoken of in detail in Nigel West's and Peter Wright's books but not much about him personally, e.g. birth date etc.
