I assume it will be in the following years too, as women football continues to grow and gets more tournaments (we've gone from only Algarve & Cyprus Cups to having the SheBelieves Cup as well, and now also Turkey Cup, Pinatar Cup, Tournoi de France, Malta, and also Arnold Clark). This also seems quite clear from the branding and attention to this tournament that it is a multi-year endevour. Even with this in mind, I can support currently redirecting this page Arnold Clark Cup to the inaugural 2022 Arnold Clark Cup until next year's edition is confirmed. --SuperJew (talk) 13:24, 24 February 2022 (UTC)Reply
I agree there should be a merge, but think that 2022 Arnold Clark Cup should be merged into Arnold Clark Cup - because if there are future examples, the parent article will probably be merited, and if there are not, then the article on the tournament won't need the year (because there is nothing else to differentiate it from).
