Section 'Units after Metric Adoption' edit

This is very confused. In particular "English units" might mean "Units from England" (i.e. genuine English units) or "US customary unit" (which Americans have a habit of calling "English"), but it might also possibly just mean "non-metric units" (i.e. the old Argentine units). And what is meant precisely by "mixing units": the sentence looks as though it might contradict itself if made clear enough to understand. Imaginatorium (talk) 07:54, 30 December 2014 (UTC)Reply

The article is confusing edit

The article lacks a coherent focus. Apart from the short lead there are only lists of unit names and conversion factors. These are drawn from two sources, but instead of corroborating each other, these two sources give (at least for volume) completely different names, in different languages (Spanish and German). If these are equivalents in some sense this should be shown.

The last section ("Units after Metric Adoption") is also very confused: it talks about three systems ("old", "metric", and "English") but never explains what "English" units are involved.

It also needs copy-editing, but this is not reasonably possible until sense can be made of it. Imaginatorium (talk) 14:28, 11 January 2015 (UTC)Reply

It appears the editor mistakenly copied the column from Austria instead of Argentina. I deleted these, and rewrote the bit about "Post-metric". Imaginatorium (talk) 13:25, 16 January 2015 (UTC)Reply
