Completion of library

Does anyone know whether in fact construction of the National Library has been completed? I have been unable to find any sources online on this subject. Clevelander96 (talk) 18:53, 19 May 2013 (UTC)

It appears from several comments in the post to which you've linked that the library is not fully operational or open to the public; as one commenter says, "the building is not fully fitted with the infrastructure required to conduct Library operations." We should wait and see before making a definitive statement in the article.Clevelander96 (talk) 14:24, 6 September 2014 (UTC)
