Talk:Andhra Pradesh Capital Region

Article name

• I think this article a useful placeholder for information about the new capital being developed for Andhra Pradesh. Eventually of course it will be re-titled to whatever name is chosen for the new capital.
• However in the meantime I am not sure that the current name "Andhra Pradesh Capital Region" is appropriate, since the capitalization seems to suggest that that is the region's official designation (compare from, National Capital Region), rather than, AFAIK, just a descriptive name. Should we move it to Andhra Pradesh capital region to prevent such misunderstanding, or is there a better title we can use?

• Comment As a proper noun, the title should be capitalised in the same way that National Capital Territory of Delhi is. Examples from further afield include Federal Capital Territory, Nigeria and Islamabad Capital Territory.  Philg88 ^♦talk 11:12, 31 May 2015 (UTC)
