The ethnicity of Ammar Al-Mawsili

Looking at this source, first I would look at the author. Is the author's field(ie. specialization) related to what is being referenced. Chapman appears to be a historian of science, but I could not find anything about Chapman that has to do with Islamic studies, Islamic history, Islamic science, etc. So in my opinion, the Chapman source falls just outside of what I would call a reliable source.
