The text of the mentioned page was copied from my website. I hold the copyrights of the text and I have sent wikipedia an email with my declaration of consent on the copyright the 15th of February. Thank you. Marfilmes (talk) 10:50, 22 February 2012 (UTC)Reply

Rather than keep the article blanked, I have removed the content for now. Please keep an eye on your inbox, as the volunteer response team will let you know if there are outstanding issues with the permission. Once the permission comes through, the content can be restored.
