COI Edit Request: move photo into infobox edit

Hi there; the article currently sees that Malnik's photo is outside of the infobox. I'm unsure if it would be an inappropriate COI edit to move the image inside the infobox, so I would prefer to be safe rather than sorry. The content itself isn't substantially changed to affect the meaning of the article or shed Malnik in a more positive light.
