"Politics of Israel"

The "Politics of Israel" on the side of the page is entirely inappropriate, as this is an article about a Hungarian political party. I suspect that the user who put that up on this is satirizing the Alliance of Free Democrats (SZDSZ) and their perceived attitude towards Jews and Israel. What did it stand for?

"Liberalism" is such a wide term that it can and is being used by almost anyone. What was the political platform, what were the policies, and how did they evolve in time? The editors of the article are clearly POV-ridden, this jumps in your face when reading about how the party was "destroyed" and "wiped out" - a totally infantile, triumphalist and non-encyclopedical attitude and wording, which goes along very well with the other topic addressed on this talk-page. I didn't know anything about this party when I accessed the article, and still don't know anything about it after reading it, except that ultranationalists hate its guts, which can be seen as a badge of honour but nothing more than that. I've just looked at the article's history and found out that Keith is its initiator and Kov 93, Dagko and Biruitorul are among those who contributed more substantially and do have user names. Maybe the details could ne expanded from the Hungarian WP, which is more detailed, but I tell, not just "ultranationalists", but widely the party has been disliked.(KIENGIR (talk) 00:36, 24 December 2020 (UTC))

KIENGIR: Sure, go ahead, I'm looking forward to read it. As of now, one can read all the electoral history of the SZDSZ, without ever knowing what they stood for. I have no idea who they were. About being disliked: every party is disliked by someone. They weren't always disliked, and under Kádár they belonged to the illegal opposition, which might give them some credit. There are less emotional and journalistic ways to put it in an encyclopedia than "destroyed" and "wiped off the map": suffered heavy losses (as used once), landslide victory (for its adversaries), effectively ended..., totally removed from..., couldn't gain a single... PS: if you want to make sure that I notice postings addressed specifically to me, please use the "ping" or "u" template, or I might well not notice them. @KIENGIR: I went ahead and looked up the Hungarian article. It has a paragraph on "Ideology", with a whole list of principles. There' no source quoted there - maybe it's the party statutes? I cannot promise quickly I would make inprovements, maybe in the future slowly, apart from Huwiki gazilionth of sources ara avilable of the net, an enormous amount of happenings, so don't afraid not finding sources. On the dislike issue, the major cause was the promised not to make coalition with the "Communists", and gaining around 25% votes mostly because of this rhetoric, but they in fact entered in coaliton with them, and this caused a major outrage on and on, along with their politics which I don't detail yet, but was largely considered by the opposition against the interest of the country and the nation, etc.(KIENGIR (talk) 14:43, 24 December 2020 (UTC))
