Sounds a lot like 'Seasons in the Sun' edit

Regarding the demo version from 1991. The guitar part Krist is playing is clearly (to me) a tribute to Terry Jack's Seasons in the Sun. Kurt has often mentioned a fondness for this song particularly during his childhood. Nirvana performed the song live a couple of times also. Listen to both tracks. It's easy to find various soundbites from Kurt speaking about the song, in an MTV interview he said it used to make him cry for example. I think it's worth inclusion in the article. Some bullshit edit

"The dc Talk version replaces the lyric 'Everyone is gay' with 'Jesus is the way.'" ...What filth. I wonder how the hell they got away with that? I can't think of a better way for someone to piss on Cobain's grave. --DanielCD 20:37, 29 November 2005 (UTC)Reply

I removed the end section of this sentence as it constitutes vandalism. <<The dc Talk version replaces the lyric "Everyone is gay" with "Jesus is the way"... because they're faggots>>. Also this discussion area is to discuss the article, not the topics. P

Fair use rationale for Image:AllApologiesNew.jpg edit

Image:AllApologiesNew.jpg is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.

Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to insure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.

If there is other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on the other images used on this page. Note that any fair use images lacking such an explanation can be deleted one week after being tagged, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you.

The article states that All Apologies didn't even make it onto the Billboard Hot 100. This is somewaht of an unfair statement because this was only a radio single in America and wasn't even eligible for the Hot 100. At the time an actual single had to be released in stores for a single to count on the Billboard Hot 100. All Apologies did hit #45 on Billboard Radio Airplay chart and #1 on the rock charts. "Covers" Removed? edit

Why was the Covers section taken out? —Preceding unsigned comment added by KevinCLovesU (talkcontribs) 22:03, 18 August 2008 (UTC)Reply

I was also going to ask this question. Monkeyman6 (talk) 21:10, 19 August 2008 (UTC)Reply

Maybe removed accidentally? Any objections to it being reinstated? Monkeyman6 (talk) 13:51, 21 August 2008 (UTC)Reply
