Aliens edit

The 1905 and following legislation keeps about 6,000,000,000 aliens out of Britain. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 81.158.207.21 (talk) 10:55, 21 January 2009 (UTC)Reply

The above figure seems out by a factor of 1000 (at least).

In the Foreign Office card index system at The National Archives, there are references to files dealing with Norwegian fishing ships in British waters and Breton onion sellers visiting Britain and this legislation. Jackiespeel (talk) 17:55, 24 August 2010 (UTC)Reply

Wy does unsigned above think everybody in the world wants to come and live in the UK (being the point I was making) - whether or not they would all fit on the Isle of Wight (and would the geology be able to carry so many people?). Jackiespeel (talk) 21:49, 4 September 2010 (UTC)Reply

Channel 4 Citations edit

The citations taken from an article(?) Video(?) on Channel 4's website is a defunct 404 page. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Jamesbenton (talkcontribs) 15:24, 16 May 2012 (UTC)Reply
