Notability questioned

I don't believe that he meets the criteria at Wikipedia:Notability (academics). No evidence of significant impact in his scholarly discipline, no significant awards or honors, and no high academic posts. --Bejnar (talk) 20:23, 2 April 2015 (UTC)
