Bias in the comparative linguistics section edit

The part of the page on Alexander Hilferding's work on comparative linguistics is written extremely oddly. It reads almost like someone praising him as a king. It praises him for his knowledge of Slavic languages and especially the dialects of Russian. And then states that "his essay stands unsurpassed today and unduly forgotten."
